Sharon Watts and her sister Vicky (who her father had when he got her 16-year-old best friend pregnant) discovered their long lost brother Dennis, that none of them knew about. Then Den Watts (the father) came back �from the dead� (everyone thought he had been killed by a hit man when he pissed off a gangster 14 years ago). He had actually escaped and gone to lie low in Spain all that time.

After an emotional reunion with Sharon and Vicky, and having met Dennis for the first time, Den went back to Spain to tie up loose ends. In the meantime, Sharon and Dennis fell in love! That�s not quite as bad as it seems, because Sharon is adopted, but when Den returns he is understandably furious, and sets about trying to split the couple up.

A slanging match in the Queen Vic (the local pub) results in Dennis accidentally punching Sharon (he was aiming for his father) and thereby leaving in disgrace. But Sharon then stuns Den by forgiving Dennis.

Future episodes will feature Den�s efforts to thwart the star-crossed lovers by telling Sharon that Dennis murdered Dalton (the gangster who tried to have Den killed) and telling Dennis that Sharon can�t have kids (both true). Then Den�s secret second wife from Spain comes back to London looking for him!

It really is going to be great viewing over the next couple of weeks, made all the more so by the fact that Dennis is an irresistible hunk of a bloke.
